Founded in 2016 on the grounds of the Ohio Renaissance Festival by Pitmasters Chris Cavender and Mike Tenore, the 1572 Roadhouse Bar-B-Q is a great destination for travelers, boaters, bikers, families, and any BBQ enthusiast. Born out of their love of good ‘Q’, Chris and Mike put their own spin on recipes to tantalize the taste buds. Today, Pitmaster Lisa Jones works to develop some great recipes of her own.

Each meat has its own customized rub, then goes in the smoker with Apple, Cherry, and Hickory woods for a clean balance of flavor.

With a full bar serving up craft brews, cocktails, and wine, it’s the perfect place to kick back after a ride, catch some live music, or toast to the weekend.
